1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to EP 789. This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the EP 789 website available at ep789.im and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and EP 789.
By accessing the EP 789 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of EP 789, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members with active accounts, and any person who places a bet or accesses casino or card game content. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

One Account Per Person
Each person may register and maintain only one EP 789 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds within them will be forfeited without compensation.
Accurate Information Required
You must provide true, complete, and accurate personal information when registering your EP 789 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. EP 789 uses the details on file to process withdrawals and verify your identity, so inaccurate information can delay or prevent payments from being processed.
Geographic Eligibility
EP 789 is designed and operated primarily for users based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using EP 789 complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. EP 789 makes no representations about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside those it explicitly supports. If you access EP 789 from a location where such activity is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and EP 789 accepts no liability in that regard.
3 Account Security and Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your EP 789 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. EP 789 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team.
Password Security
Choose a strong, unique password for your EP 789 account and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact EP 789 support immediately via email at support@ep789.im. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account credentials until you notify us of any unauthorised access.
Account Access
EP 789 accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or use your account in any way. Sharing account access — whether for convenience, as part of a syndicate, or for any other reason — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at EP 789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by EP 789. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at EP 789 is Rs 500. Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard. Deposits made through mobile wallet services (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited to your EP 789 account within seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. EP 789 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by EP 789 within one business day of submission, provided your account has completed the required verification steps. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. EP 789 charges no withdrawal fees on local payment methods. For bank transfers, your own bank's transfer fees may apply. EP 789 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Verification Before Withdrawal
Before processing a withdrawal request, EP 789 may require you to submit KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC, a selfie for identity confirmation, and proof of the payment method being used. This process is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and exists to protect both users and the platform from fraud. Failure to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being held pending verification.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through EP 789. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and live dealer tables are available within the relevant sections of the platform.
- All bets placed at EP 789 are final once confirmed. EP 789 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances described in Section 5 below.
- EP 789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Where odds are clearly erroneous (i.e., significantly outside expected market range), EP 789 will notify affected users and void the relevant bets, returning stakes to account balances.
- In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with EP 789's specific sport settlement rules, which are available in the Help section of the platform.
- For cricket markets including PSL fixtures, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather, markets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant tournament authority. Markets on specific over totals or in-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment remain settled as confirmed.
- EP 789 operates a cash-out feature on selected markets. The cash-out value offered reflects the current market conditions and may be lower or higher than the original potential return. Cash-out is a voluntary option and does not affect the original bet if declined.
- Minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
- EP 789 casino games and live dealer tables use certified random number generation (RNG) or genuine live dealer streams. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are available upon request from support.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
EP 789 offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply across all EP 789 promotions unless otherwise stated.
Wagering Requirements
Most EP 789 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any withdrawal is permitted). The wagering requirement and any associated conditions — including eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds requirements — are always stated on the bonus offer page before you opt in.
One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player
Each EP 789 promotion is available once per registered user, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse of the promotion system and will result in all bonus balances being voided and potential account suspension.
Bonus Expiry
All EP 789 bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings generated from bonus play will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry date for each bonus is shown in your account's Bonus section and on the relevant offer page.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on EP 789. Any user found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the EP 789 platform, including for placing bets, claiming bonuses, or accessing game content.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in EP 789's systems for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors may be voided at EP 789's discretion.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
- Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity relating to any sporting event offered for betting at EP 789.
- Using EP 789 to launder money or process funds associated with any illegal activity. EP 789 fully complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reports suspicious activity as required by law.
- Providing false personal information during registration or during any verification process required by EP 789.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's EP 789 account without their knowledge and explicit consent.
- Attempting to reverse any deposit transaction ("chargebacks") while still holding a balance in the associated EP 789 account. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
EP 789's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
EP 789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases where these Terms and Conditions have been violated, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where identity verification cannot be completed, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
Closing Your Account Voluntarily
You may request to close your EP 789 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@ep789.im. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally and your account balance returned. Inactive Account Policy
An EP 789 account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. EP 789 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. Any inactivity fee applied will be clearly communicated to the registered email address before deduction begins. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the EP 789 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, databases, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of EP 789 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any EP 789 content without express written permission from EP 789.
The EP 789 name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks of EP 789. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in social media profiles, websites, or marketing materials suggesting affiliation with EP 789 — is prohibited and may result in legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
EP 789 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available at all times and functions correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. EP 789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Temporary unavailability of the EP 789 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Errors in odds pricing that are subsequently voided in accordance with these Terms.
- Delay in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment processor issues.
- Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from your use of the EP 789 platform.
- Any bet or wager you place based on information you received from third-party sources, tipsters, or any other non-EP 789 sources.
- Your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, resulting in account suspension or balance forfeiture.
12 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms
EP 789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
